IC3_2026 invites full length original research contributions from engineering students, research scholars, academic institutions, R&D organizations and industries across the world. Full length original research contributions and review articles not exceeding six pages and formatted as per IEEE template shall be submitted in electronic doc or pdf format through Microsoft's Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
